Before we direct you to the right form we need to know that you can apply for one of our online applications. You can check your eligibility with our self-assessment tool.

We offer the following registration applications online:

• UK and Irish medical graduates
• Comparable health system pathway
• Special purpose locum tenens

You only need to request a PIN if you are eligible to apply for registration in one of the pathways listed above. Forms to apply for registation under one of our other pathways can be downloaded from our website.

You must have a job offer to apply for registration.
